Kit includes pattern instructions by Shabby Fabrics and all necessary fabric to make a 14 1/2 inch diameter mat.

Includes iron on transfer for wording.

The Scalloped Table Topper templates (Item SF71341) and the Point 2 Point Turning Tool (Item 7803CV) are suggested for this project. Items are not included and can be purchased separately.
