Shipping is based on the total of the original order before the certificate is deducted. If your order total is more than the gift certificate amount, the difference will be charged to your credit card. Click Here to see shipping and order info.

Your privacy is very important to us. Information collected about you on our website is used only for the purpose of filling your order with us. (For example your address, phone number, e-mail etc.) We do not share, sell, or rent your information to any other source. Your information will only be used to contact you regarding your order. We

Shipping Times:

Most orders placed before 2:00 Central Time will ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Occasionally our shipping staff is out of the shop vending at shows, etc. In this case your package will ship the next business day. If you'd like your package shipped on a certain date or a certain way, please let us know. We are happy to fulfill your requests!

Orders of 1-4 patterns are shipped via First Class mail, unless otherwise requested. First Class mail typically takes a bit longer than priority mail, (delivery time usually 2-7 days) and does not offer any options for tracking a package.

Orders of 5 or more patterns will ship via Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. (Delivery time usually 2-4 days).

Orders of other merchandise totaling $50.00 or LESS will typically ship via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. (Delivery time usually 2-4 business days from when it ships) Orders of merchandise totaling $50.00 or MORE will typically ship via UPS. (Delivery time usually 2-4 business days from when it ships - See chart below to determine transit time based on your location).

*Please note, orders that are especially light or especially heavy will ship either Priority Mail or UPS dependent upon the specific order. This allows us to keep our shipping charges as low as possible for you.

*We're happy to accommodate your delivery requests if you have a preference between these two carriers. Please indicate any requests in the Special Instructions box at check-out. We may not be able to make changes to your shipping type if you order has already been processed.

Out of Stock Items:

We make every effort to be in stock of all items at all times, but due to unforeseen demand or other circumstance beyond our control, we are occasionally out of stock of an item here or there. We will notify you via e-mail if any item you ordered is out of stock and will advise you as to when we expect more of that product. You can then decide whether you want the item shipped at a later date, or wish to cancel the item. We never charge additional postage to ship backordered items.

Shipping Rates for Printed Patterns:
(Patterns are considered a set of printed directions contained in a plastic sleeve for making a particular project. Books, notions, wool felt, etc are NOT included in this rate).

1-2 patterns: Add $2.00 (Patterns will ship via First Class mail).

3 or more patterns: $1.00 per pattern (Orders of 3-4 patterns will ship via First Class mail. Orders of 5 or more patterns will ship Priority mail.)

Orders up to $15.00: Add $5.99
Orders $15.01-$30.00: Add $6.99
Orders: $30.01-$40.00: Add $7.99
Order: $40.01-$50.00: Add $8.99
Orders: $50.01-$60.00: Add $10.00
Orders: $60.01-$80.00: Add $12.00
Orders $80.01-$100.00: Add $14.00
Orders $100.01-$150.00: Add $16.00
Orders over $150.01: Add $18.00
