Jodi Barrows is an internationally known quilting teacher, speaker and
writer. She currently lives in the North Texas area. Over the past twenty years, Jodi has remarkably touched thousands of quilters
throughout the world with her unique method called Square in a Square®. Her point of view provides the quilter with the freedom to create most any quilt design with speed and accuracy.

Jodi has spoken to quilting audiences throughout the United States, Canada and Australia, as well as appearing as a guest on several quilting shows.

The Square in a Square® system is a process that anyone can implement in most any design. Jodi has written seventeen books (ten of which have
been on the best seller's list), produced four tools, two video/DVD's
and five teacher's books. Additionally, she has a pattern book and
fabric line based on a fiction novel she wrote from the 1856 time period
entitled Leaving Riverton.

Whether you are a quilter, or quilt enthusiast, you’ll be delighted by
Jodi’s  stories of the lives of women and the role cotton played in
their lives.  Jodi will present a trunk show of her quilt and fabric
designs while sharing tales that inspired her fictional novels.
Conclude the evening with a demonstration of her renowned
Square in a Square® technique.

Join us for the Row by Row Experience

It’s a BIG, easy shop hop!  No fees and no passports!
Simply visit any participating quilt shop across the country during the
summer and ask for the pattern for a row in the Sew a Season quilt. Each
shop is choosing a season to represent in and offering the pattern at no
charge to customers who visit their store between July 1 and September
2, 2014.  It’s a hop specifically for travelers so we’re not allowed to
mail patterns or kits, per the rules of the hop.

All shops are open different hours:
Be sure to check the shops' websites or call ahead when planning your
route to verify the summer hours.

See the rows on  facebook.com/NERowbyRowExperience

Peg has had quilts and articles published in Quiltmaker, Quilt It, Quilterʼs Newsletter, and Machine Quilting Unlimited, and is a regular contributor to Quiltmakerʼs 100 Blocks and Quilts from Quiltmakerʼs 100 Blocks.
